Preparing for Shipment
You will receive information and documents from us that are necessary for a safe and swift customs clearance in the Philippines. Feel free to contact us if you need advice on preparing your Balikbayan boxes and documents for collection.
Free Delivery
When you order Vivo Bonito boxes, we will provide you with postage labels that allow you to send your boxes to our LBC Hub in Milan free of charge. We cover these costs!
Transport by Container Ship
Your boxes will be placed in a container, embarking on a two to three-month journey on a container ship towards the port of Manila. There, LBC Express will further distribute your boxes to your destination address.
